Feed represents the largest investment in animal production. With the knowledge we have today about nutritionals levels, we come to the detail of each of the diets, to get the advantage of each and every one of the nutrients, and we are already working with low-protein diets to reduce concentrations of nitrogen in slurry, with exquisite contributions of amino acids, vitamins and minerals to achieve optimum production rates.

Temperature control

We audit our suppliers with maximum and minimum thermometers we send to them. These thermometers are traveling with the goods and checked before entering it in our store, where we have a cold storage facilities with temperature monitoring and recording. The products are delivered by employees of Provetsa, who ensure the maintenance of the cold chain to destination.

The management of hyperprolific genetics and the needs to go to high productions to ensure business profitability make essential to undertake productive controls carefully in each of the phases. Productive control in calves

In Provetsa, we allocate a portion of the production of our own farms to experience and know which is the full potential of each diet, animal, facility, etc. We are currently conducting studies of growth in the lactation phase; valuing sized troughs and the correlation between feed and water consumption in infants. Our goal is to inform and give numerical arguments of improvement recommendations and innovations aiming to facilitate the review and post decision-making.

Thanks to the work of prevention, increasingly fewer illnesses surprise us but when an emergency occurs we look at it in the minimum of delay time, most of them in less than 8 hours.
